Ingredients:
454g (1 pound) of lean pork minced 
70g (1/3 de tasse)  chopped onions
125 ml (½ tasse) boiling water
15 ml (1 c. à tb. rase) meat pie spice El Ma Mia
1 (or ½ cup) small boiled potato and mashed
Preparation:
Place rather in a thick pot the chopped pig, the chopped onion 
and the boiling water.
Indeed mix and bring in boiling
Add El-Ma-Mia meat pie spice
Incorporate the boiled potato (crushed)
Indeed mix and remove from the oven
Let cool 30 minutes before placing this mixture between 
2 pastas with tart.

For your dough with pie plate (meat pie) make your recipe of dough for tart.
Or buy the dough from frozen tart, ready to be used.

Before the cooking, drill the dough superior with a knife to let escape the heat.
For a perfect cooking place on the 2nd railing(bars) of bottom(stocking) of the oven.
Cook in 400F (200c) for 15 minutes, reduce in 375F (190C) until the crust is gilded.
