Spaghetti meat sauce (spicy)
Suggestion
Prepare and chop the following vegetables in advance: onions, celery and green pepper (mild).

Ingredients:
45 ml (3tbsp) butter
907 g (2 pounds) or more ground beef medium lean (or lean to taste)
300 g (2 cups of 8 oz) chopped onions
1 bte de 1.36L (48 oz) diced tomato
1 pounch 110 g mix H-14 EL-MA-MIA
2 X 156 ml  (5½ oz)tomato paste 
300 g  (2 cups of 8 oz) chopped celery 
1 green chopped green pepper (mild) 
30 ml  (1 onces) olive oil
1 x 248 ml (10 oz) mushrooms, to taste.
Preparation:
Melt 45 ml (3 tbs) butter in a pot of 5.70 l ( 6 quart) or more. 
Add onions,fry until light golden brown add ground beef and stirring constantly for 8 to 10 minutes.
add remaining ingredients except the olive oil which that you will add 10 minutes after the beginning of the cooking.mix well. 
Cook over low heat, let simmer without lid for 2:30 hours or more, stir 
frequently during the cooking.
Facultatif:
Use this sauce to prepare all your favorite dishes.
Important:
If you use fresh mushrooms, add them 45 minutes before the end of the cooking. Do not cover during or after cooking.
