45 ml (3 tbs) butter
907 g (2 pounds) or more ground beef medium lean (or lean to taste)
300 g (2cups of 8 oz) chopped onions
1 bte de 1.36L(48 oz) tomato juice
1 bte de 796 ml (28 oz) diced tomato
1 pounch 110 g mix H-16 EL-MA-MIA - Empty all the content stirring well
2 X 156 ml (5½ oz) tomato paste
300 g (2 cup of 8 oz) chopped celery
1 green pepper (mild) hached
30 ml (1 oz)Olive oil
1 limp with 248 ml (10 ounces) mushrooms, to taste. |
Melt 45 ml (3tbsp) butter in large pot 5.70 l ( 6 quart) or more
Add onions, fry until light golden brown add ground beef
and stirring constantly for 8 to 10 min.

except olive oil that you will add 10 min. after beginning of cooking,
mix well, and cook over low heat, l
et simmer without lid for about 2:30 hours or more
Stir frequently during the cooking. |
You can use this sauce for all your favorite flats(dishes):SPAGHETTINI,MACARONI, PIZZA, LASAGNE, RIGATONI,
to serve also with, STUFFED HOT PEPPERS, EGGPLANTS,
HAMBURGERS, HOT DOG ¨MICHIGANS ¨ etc. … |
If you use fresh mushrooms, add them 45 minutes before the end of the cooking.
Do not cover during or after cooking. |
