SPICES FOR TERIYAKI MARINADE

Ingredients:
70 ml water
5 tbsp El-Ma-Mia TERIYAKI seasoning
Preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients well, then let stand about 15 min.
2. Place meat into marinade.
3. Refrigerate at least 3 hours. ( maximum 24 hours )
4. Turn meat often in the marinade.
5. The longer the meat marinates, the more the flavour will permeate it.
7. Broil on the grill, roast it in the oven or sauté it in a pan.
8. Brush the meat with the marinade often during the cooking process.
Facultatif:
about 454 g of meat per recipe.
Important:
for a more concentrated sauce add a bit more Teriyaki mix.
