1. Mix all ingredients well, then let stand about 15 min.
2. Place meat into marinade.
3. Refrigerate at least 3 hours. ( 24 hours maximum )
4. Turn meat often in the marinade.
5. The longer the meat marinates, the more the flavour will permeate it.
6. Broil on the grill, roast it in the oven or sauté it in a pan.
7. Brush the meat with the marinade often during the cooking process. |
