Ingredients:
454g (1 lb) de steak haché mi-maigre
227g.  (½ lb) de veau haché maigre
250 ml (1 tasse) d'oignon haché très fin
125 ml (½ tasse) de céleri haché très fin 
125 ml (½ tasse) de chapelure italienne
1 oeuf battu
45 ml (3 c. à soupe) de mélange pour pain de viande EL-MA-MIA H-7

Sauce Ingredients:
125 ml (1/2 cup) Chili sauce
45 ml (3tbsp full) brown sugar
5 ml (1tsp) dry mustard
Preparation:
With few vegetable oil and butter, make sweat the onion and the celery.
Let cool 5 minutes.
Indeed mix the onion, the celery, the beef, the veal, bread-crumb.
The beaten egg and the mixture for bread of meat EL-MA-MIA H-7. Put down(deposit) the whole in a mould in Pyrex of (3 " of height by 8 " of length by 4 ½ of wide).

Sauce:
Mix, please, 3 ingredients.
Spread on the bread of meat and cover with a paper of aluminim (make small holes).
Put down(Deposit) the bread of meat in another cauldron with 1 ½ thumb of water at the bottom(really).
Cook in the oven in 375 F hanging 1 ¼ the hour.
Discover, remove the surplus of fat.
Put back(Hand) to the oven during 15 minutes.
Finish the cooking in broil during 5 minutes.
