Cut lobster in two, length wise.
Remove the small bag close to the head and the tail vein.
Remove the lobster green liver, reserve.
Make openings in claws and joints, romove the meat (do not remove the tail meat).
Cut in small pieces and mix with the green liver.
Fill the two lobster halfs with the mix.
Deposit lobster on a plate (flesh upwards).
Brush with melted butter
Sprinkle white dry white wine
Lightly slightly powder with El-Ma-Mia Fish and Seafood spice mix
Grill in the oven (place grill 4 to 6 inches from top)
Cook in oven 5 min at 230C (450F) and broil 3 to 4 minutes.
